3 things that are killing your mental health

In the life there are some situations, people or things that are killing your mind in silent, but this doesn't mean that they are not going to make noise in the near future. So, in order to avoid the consequences, I'll give you some tips to start healing your mind.

{Overthinking}

This is most common and tricky point that is killing you.

When I talk about overthinking, I mean overthink everything, and that includes good and bad things. It doesn't matter if you are in troubles or you are thinking about which car you are going to buy.

Overthinking will lead you to lose your time and will give you nothing to fix your situation. The best you can do is to distract yourself doing something you love to do, it could be playing videogames, going shopping, hanging with friends or just taking a walk. Distracting your mind will give you another perspective to see how to solve your situation.

{Making everybody else happy}

Trust me man, it is exhausting and impossible to make everyone happy, why?, just because no one likes the same things. There are people who like blue color and people who like red color and so on. So, you just have to worry about doing yourself happy, and once you are being happy and you are comfortable with yourself, then you can start making others (but just the ones who are important for you) happy in the way of possible.

To make others happy in the way of possible, you have to know your own limits (what you can really do by yourself), these will give you signs or will be like flashing lights to move forward or retreat when someone asks you for a favour or to make a change on yourself.

{Trying to be friend of everyone}

You can think this one is the same as the previous one, but nope, it's pretty different.

This one means trying to reach everybody to have a talk or offering yourself to make some favours, but this only means you are afraid to be alone. Man, it is ok to be alone, you just have to enjoy the loneliness.

How can you achieve this? easy, you practice some meditation, enjoy a ride around the city, watch a movie in the theater or just taking a seat in your living room and listen to some music (these are some examples, they are not all the posibilities). We'll give more ideas to try some of them in another post.
